Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By subscribing to GiveMeWiFi Standard at ₹2,499/month, you agree to the following terms:

• Scope of Service: The monthly subscription covers full access to the software dashboard, QR code generator, OTP verification, and session management system for one venue.
• Billing: GiveMeWiFi Standard is a monthly subscription charged upfront at ₹2,499 each billing cycle. Payment will be processed via Razorpay (coming soon). There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No refunds are issued on the current month once it has been charged.
• Signup & Access: GiveMeWiFi uses open self-serve signup. Anyone can create an account at any time — no invite code or manual approval is required.
• Hardware Compatibility: GivemeWi-Fi is a software-layer landing page gate. It does not include physical routers or network hardware. The venue owner is responsible for ensuring their router supports landing page redirection or basic captive access parameters.
